Specifically, you will be required to:
• Supervise, Lead and manage growth in our branch in areas of deposits and asset creation.
Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
• Develop database for lead generation, identifies market segments, strategize with acquisition channel • Source prospects and develop new customer relationships
• Mobilize funds from the field on behalf of the Institution • Ensures a high level of customer service orientation
• Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide information for product and service enhancements
• Cross-sells existing products to customers
